Returns & Exchanges

At Cirkul, we want you to love your hydration experience, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns on unopened and unused products. Please note that for safety and hygiene reasons, Sip cartridges cannot be returned once the seal is broken.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Cirkul account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the unused bottles or unopened Sip cartridges in their original packaging, ensuring the Return Authorization number is clearly marked on the outside.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
